Stu showed up quickly, fixed the slipped roof tiles @ the price he quoted, within days and got on with it even when I wasn't there to meet/greet him initially. Cleaned out the gutters for free when he was up there. Knowledgable and would use his services without a second thought again.

Stu came to put in 4 roof vents. From the initial call to the finished roof the communication was excellent. Very personable and friendly he put my partner and I at ease and some of the work was done without us being in the house. Stu made sure to send loads of pictures of the before and after stage which was very beneficial. The first bad rain in November showed me we had a leaking roof. I saw Stu's reviews on Google and called him. He came round within a day or two and had a look at the roof from outside and from inside our loft. He was able to diagnose the problem instantly. It was obvious from the start he knew exactly what he was talking about. He advised how much it would cost and we made an appointment for him to do the repairs. He came as agreed and we were lucky with the weather and he finished in a day. He took photos of the roof before and after so we could see that all of the problem areas had been dealt with correctly. He even shot a video of the finished work. The roof looks far better now from outside and, most importantly, it doesn't leak! I'm more than happy to recommend Stu as we found him to be honest, professional and reliable.

He is very friendly and professional and explained exactly what work he would do and showed us at each stage what had been done.
