To Renew all of the gable ends with new sand and cement and to supply and fit new white plastic fascia board covering to side bargeboards of The house and to renew the low bay roof with new white plastic fascia covering

Going over the top of the old existing painted fascia board covering with new black plastic grind would affect cover board and renewing the guttering with new black plastic Half round guttering

Taking off all of the old existing gable end back to the original roofing batons and to completely renewing the gable ends of the bungalow with new under cloak and then to refit the old existing roof tiles back into position with new sand and cement around the whole of the bungalow gable ends and then to re-point all of the main ridge tiles with new sand and cement!!
