Replace all missing and seriously flaking tiles with new ones. Set right all slipped tiles up to 300 or 100 welsh slates and all slipped saltes tabbed to stop slipping. (Whichever is applicable to your roof)

All Valleys raked out and repointed. All gable ends re-pointed. All guttering cleared out and joins resealed. All flaunchings round pots re-rendered or pots capped if required.

Skylights and back gutters behind stacks cleaned out, checked and sealed if required.

If we discover any problems not covered by your roof overhaul you will be informed of any additional remedial work which may be required. All the work outlined in the 5 points above will be completed within 1 or 2 days at most, with no hidden extra’s.
